While other organizations simply provide the ability to send out "Faxes" or "Email Alerts", the Child Alert Foundation continues to break ground with new technology and is offering Wireless Abduction Alerts using the Abduction Central Alert(ACA)© community alert system. The ACA system is the only product that automatically provides this within seconds of being issued and without operator intervention.
Now, when law enforcement uses the ACA© program to activate an alert within their 100-mile "Zone of Influence", information about that alert is instantly made available to mobile phones and wireless handheld devices.

What
is a Wireless Web Site?
Wireless web sites allow devices such as mobile phones and handhelds or PDAs (Personal Digital Assistant) from various manufacturers to view the mobile Internet. These sites consist of mostly text and are accessible through wireless web browsers on mobile phones and PDAs. A Wireless site can include applications that are Palm VII or VIIx friendly and allow users to download and install web clipping applications that can be viewed on the devices.
How can I view the CAF Wireless Site with my
web-enabled mobile phone?
Simply launch the wireless web browser on your mobile phone and
enter wireless.childalert.org For further
instructions on how to enter this information into your phone,
please consult your cellular operator's
web site or the manual that accompanied your phone.
